Here is an unusual exotic plant found throughout South Africa. It's a deciduous, summer growing bulb. The extraordinary inflorescence is a dense cylindrical raceme on a stout stalk, crowded with up to ±125 starry yellowish-white and green flowers with a tuft of leaf-like bracts at the tip. The inflorescence pushes the overall height of the plant up to ±50-75 cm. Very decorative and can be kept for up to a month in the vase. The foliage grows into a large rosette with broad, soft-textured, fleshy, wavy-edged leaves, about 12-35 cm long x 60-75 cm wide.
Although the bulb is toxic, it is used medicinally in South Africa. Decoctions of the bulb in water or milk are usually administered as enemas for the treatment of low backache, to assist in post-operative recovery, and to aid in healing fractures. Decoctions are also used for a variety of ailments, including urinary diseases, stomach ache, fevers, colic, flatulence, hangovers and syphilis, and to facilitate childbirth. Several homoisoflavones have been found in it, and flavonoids are known for their anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic action. It also contains some steroidal triterpenoids and they are known to be beneficial in wound therapy. This is just informational and not to be used as medical advise.
It is not difficult to grow and once established does not require much attention. They will tolerate poor soil, but perform much better in fertile soil. Ample water while in active growth during spring and summer. They are frost hardy and should survive a winter minimum of -7 C / 20 °F (zone 9), although in regions where frost is expected, it is advisable to plant them in a sheltered position, in tight clumps, in very well-drained soil, and to keep them as dry as possible and to cover them with a thick protective mulch of leaves / straw during dormancy.
It is a member of the Hyacinthaceae (hyacinth family), formerly part of the Liliaceae (lily family).

Nice looking cabinet, fairy easy to put together
Once installed, this cabinet is amazing! Lots of room and love that it has doors to hide whatever it is you want to store in it, rather than just having open shelving. Assembly wasn't the easiest, but not the hardest either. Installing it took two people and I recommend putting the doors on after hanging it, otherwise you have to hold the doors open while trying to mount it to the wall. Seems to be very sturdy and the white stickers to hide the hardware is a nice touch.

Good buy overall
Giving this review to help fellow buyers like me. It's a good addition to our small walk-in shower/bathroom, perfect size for the 24-inch space and there's a little bit more room on the side. Putting it together was fairly easy. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I wish there's more than just 2 screws to put on the wall though as I don't feel that it's really secure. I'm afraid that it could fall on someone's head. The other thing is because the doors of this cabinet is not even and there's no way to fix it. I like the rod section of it because that's where we hang our clothes when showering. It has the Ikea quality, if you know what I mean. Overall it's a good buy.

Great
Love this cabinet. Sturdy construction and easy to put together if you can read instructions. Parts are labeled and some parts come with additional pieces. The spacing inside the cabinet for mounting to the wall does have enough space to place both screws into studs. However I did drill an additional hole in order to have my cabinet centered and on two studs for long term sturdiness. Overall worth more than the money I paid and looks great in the newly repainted bathroom.

Totally amazed !!!
I wasn’t sure just how “well made” it would be, but needed a bathroom cabinet…. I was completely amazed at the quality of this product. From how well it was packaged for shipping, to the fact that they included an extra piece with all the hardware. The instructions were very easy to follow, each piece was in nice condition, and they fit without any issues. I was surprised they even have plastic chins for the back panel so it doesn’t rattle. The door “hinges” were simple, yet very effective and easy to install. Just push in predrilled hole, push spring style button down and line up to predrilled hole… clicks right in.
The pics and part numbers in instruction booklet were easy to follow, hardware packets were labeled correctly, leaving no questions of “what goes where”. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants quality without over spending bc of a “name brand”.
A great addition of beauty to our bathroom !!!!
